JACK HARLOW PRESENTS GAZEBO FESTIVAL, A MUSIC FESTIVAL ON OVER 85 ACRES OF GREEN SPACE AT LOUISVILLE'S WATERFRONT PARK. THE TWO-DAY EVENT WILL FEATURE 26 ACTS ON TWO STAGES AND HIGHLIGHT SOME OF LOUISVILLE'S LOCAL FOOD AND CULTURE.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A VIP TICKET?

A VIP weekend ticket gives you access to the VIP lounge with a dedicated bar, premium restrooms, access to an air-conditioned lounge, dedicated VIP entrance lanes, and up-close VIP viewing at the main stage. No re-entry.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A GA TICKET?

A general admission weekend ticket allows access to the festival experience for the full two days of the festival. No re-entry

WEATHER

Gazebo Festival is a rain or shine event. Your safety is our first priority, so please keep your eyes on our socials and stage screens for up-to-date weather information.

In the event of a weather evacuation, fans will be readmitted through the main festival entrances once we’ve received the all-clear. Please know that we will adjust the performance schedule accordingly, so no one has to choose between safety and a good time.

GAZEBO FESTIVAL ENTRY POLICY

Festival tickets or wristbands must be scanned prior to entry. You will receive your wristband in advance of the event. Please come prepared to the festival with your wristband applied to your right wrist.

All guests and their bags are subject to a security search prior to entry. You have a right to decline the search, however, in doing so know that you will be refused entry to the festival. Please familiarize yourself with our bag policy and what you are allowed to bring in before you visit the festival gates. Prohibited items will be confiscated by event staff.

Re-entry into the festival is not permitted. Once you have entered the venue each day, you will not be allowed to leave and come back in. Please plan accordingly.

If you are 21+, please be advised that a government-issued photo ID will be required to consume alcoholic beverages while on site.

SAFETY

Gazebo Fest is working to create an event that is celebratory and safe. On-site security and emergency medical staff will be available at the festival. If you need any assistance, go to the medical tent or look for a police officer or festival staff member.

WHAT AM I ALLOWED TO BRING?

The following items are ALLOWED:

  • Backpacks and bags larger than 6″ x 8″ x 3″ made of clear plastic, clear vinyl. or clear PVC.
  • Small bags and purses up to 6″ x 8″ x 3″ (do not have to be clear).
  • Dedicated hydration packs emptied of all liquid, with a capacity of no more than 2.5L/150 cubic inches. Standard-size backpacks with hydration bladders will not be permitted.
  • Baby strollers
  • Frisbees
  • Binoculars
  • Blankets, sheets, towels
  • Cameras (basic point-and-shoot consumer-grade cameras) without detachable lenses and other accessories (monopods, selfie sticks, tripods, GoPro mounts, and other attachments are not allowed)
  • Empty reusable water bottles and hydration packs, and plastic or aluminum water bottles
  • Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers is allowed in the size of 3.4 ounces or less
  • Personal-sized hand sanitizer

WHAT ITEMS ARE PROHIBITED?

The following items are NOT ALLOWED:

  • Any bags that are NOT CLEAR and are larger than 6″ x 8″ x 3″
  • Aerosol containers, including sunscreen and personal body products. Note: Sunscreen in non-aerosol containers is allowed in the size of 3.4 ounces or less
  • Coolers of any kind (Exceptions may be made for medical use)
  • Framed backpacks, multiple pocket backpacks and any pack that is not aligned with the allowed backpacks above (See Full Bag Policy)
  • Any and all professional audio recording equipment
  • Professional cameras and professional recording (photo, video, audio) equipment (NO large professional detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, attachment sticks (selfie sticks) or other commercial equipment
  • Any and all professional video equipment. No video recording will be allowed
  • Drones or any other remote flying device
  • Hammocks
  • Glass containers of any kind
  • Illegal and illicit substances of any kind
  • Outside food or beverage (including alcohol) of any kind
  • Umbrellas
  • Pets (except service animals)
  • Selfie sticks
  • Skateboards, scooters, bicycles, wagons, carts or any personal motorized vehicles
  • Tents, canopies, or shade structures of any kind
  • Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors are not allowed. No unauthorized solicitation and materials including handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples, etc
  • Weapons or explosives of any kind
  • Fireworks
  • Large chains or spiked jewelry
  • Bicycles inside festival grounds (free parking is available near festival entrance)
  • Carts of any kind (including Red Wagons)
  • Chairs of any kind
  • Air horns
  • Balls/projectiles
  • Costume face masks
  • Costumes representing public safety workers (cops, firefighters, medical, security, etc)
  • Flags
